About Mary

For a long time, I was searching for an answer to a question that was never particularly helpful in the first place:

What is wrong with me?

I knew I was capable. I knew I was willing. I knew I was thoughtful, caring, and strong. And yet there were parts of myself and my life that I couldn't seem to understand. So I kept looking.

That search became more than a decade of learning—about the brain and nervous system, our patterns and beliefs, why we respond the way we do, and what actually helps us change. It led me to EFT tapping, meditation, brain retraining, Reiki, and eventually to the work I do today.

But it also required something much more personal than learning.

I had to be willing to know myself.

To look honestly at what was there. To recognize patterns I didn't always like. To question things I'd believed about myself for a very long time. To keep going when growth wasn't neat or linear—and to learn how to do all of that with more compassion for myself, not less.

I don't do this work because I believe I've mastered being human. I do it because I know what it's like to keep searching, keep learning, keep facing yourself, and keep choosing to come back to who you are.

And that experience shapes the way I teach and the way I work with people today.

My Background & Training

My work draws from more than a decade of studying the brain, nervous system, behavior, patterns, and the many ways our experiences shape how we think, feel, and respond.

I am an Advanced Trauma-Informed EFT Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher, with additional study and experience in meditation, brain retraining, NLP, nervous-system regulation, and intuitive work.

Before creating Inner Harmony Solutions, my professional path took me through several very different environments—from working as a Victim Witness Advocate in the criminal justice system to recruiting, business, and education. Each of those experiences gave me a different window into people: how we cope, communicate, adapt, struggle, connect, and change.

Today, I bring those pieces together in the work I do through Inner Harmony Solutions—teaching, coaching, and creating spaces where people can understand themselves more deeply and learn ways to work with themselves rather than against themselves.
